Manufacturing of leather products has always played a primary
role in many developing countries, where raw materials and
manpower are available at competitive prices. On the other
hand, when such countries have tried to export their local
production abroad have often faced discouraging results, mostly
due to the quality difference of the products offered on western
markets.
Hence the necessity for these countries to increase investments,
expecially in human resources, with the aim to create a skilled
labour force capable to compete with western standards.
In order to help vocational institutes in setting up their
facilities to this purpose Prodit group has designed a series
of special machines and plants that can be combined to satisfy
all possible training exigencies in this field.
